Finding u'rself needing to stretch that buffalo nickel a bit. Well don't trip. I know a gal that's got u covered. 1/2 cup water, healthy swig of olive oil, one spoon of butter, three spoons of roasted tomato sauce, 3/4 cup couscous streamed and topped with fresh grated parmesan / teensy bit more olive oil / black pepper = poor lady's risotto. Don't knock it until you've tried it.
